parcel never come the driver didn't even get out the van said the gate is shut must be closed all you have to do is push it then it opens this workers are from a boat never seen a gate before it a joke worst company in Australia

This carrier keeps trying to deliver to a business address on the weekend. They tried last Saturday, waited a week and tried again the following Saturday. Unbelievable.

Overnight airbag time critical customer vehicle part has not been delivered. Sender cannot trace the package either. Tracking says incorrect name and/or address. Receiver name and address confirmed as correct with sender.

delivery was meant to be to my house. advised by text there would be a delay. notified by email a week later that it is at the depot for pickup. Choice of 3 locations but not stipulated which location. Spoke to IT - useless. This is very poor service.
