You are too hard to deal with. Parcel went from Tullamarine to Croydon twice. Tracking information says parcel will be taken to local depot for pick up and I'll be informed where to pick up. 3 days later, I contacted you. 3 business days later you respond saying you are waiting for me to advise you where to send it? I advise you to take it to a local post office You inform me the computer says no, we can't do that as parcel is not Premium service. You then tell me I have to drive to either Dandenong South, or Tullamrine. FFS, you are outrageously bad....
