To save time and having to re deliver the driver could have called me for options - I would have been happy for him to leave as I had gone to pickup a child from school and was out for 15mins which was the time he tried to deliver the parcel. I had no previous notification that there was a delivery from FedEx - and one can't stay home all day waiting for a delivery especially if they aren't aware of one! I would have been happy for the parcel to be left even though a signature was required in this case. I will be out again from 3pm today when apparently they are going to try to deliver again as I have to pick children up from school and am happy for the parcel to be left. It shouldn't be so difficult!!
