We were home. Your driver didn't get out of his vehicle and knock he simply left. Also we (and others) are finding it near on impossible to speak to a human All you have it seems is AI and that continually hangs up on us.

I suggest providing a proper local customer service number. The number on the website is not a genuine Australian number and it is even more suspicious as the same number appears against all service centers - smells like a scam website. You could also just call me direct given there appears to be an issue.

Can we have an email to contact you? I’ve been rerouted through FIVE different phone numbers and it’s frustrating! Also you can’t leave a message outside of working hours. I also got hung up on by one of your people.

I have a parcel locker as I live in an apartment. I ordered a book online not realising that DHL doesn’t deliver to parcel lockers. The item is stuck in your Canberra depot. I have rung 3 different areas of your company and no one can help me. I would like it delivered to the Manuka hub
