delivery was meant to be to my house. advised by text there would be a delay. notified by email a week later that it is at the depot for pickup. Choice of 3 locations but not stipulated which location. Spoke to IT - useless. This is very poor service.

The delivery address was an Auspost secure locker but Fedex reckoned it was a post office box and delivered it to a newsagency which I am now trying to find

APPLE ordered A pickup Dec 27, for 8-9am today. Then Apple say, definately by 5pm TODAY!! FAILED TO PICKUP A RETURN TO APPLE. If I could give a big ZERO rating I would. shocking lack of services!!
