really hard to find where the parcel is if you in a rural area, if they drop it off somewhere or what happens. not the first time. very stressful

Parcels show as sitting at the depot less than 10 minutes away for over 48 hours in a small country town.

Coffs Harbour franchise only deliver to the Bellingen shire on Tuesdays. They hold parcels at their Coffs depot till Tuesday so they are are often held for 6 days with tracking saying in transit. It is the worst service I have ever received and even Aust post delivers days faster than Aramex

I would never recommend Aramex 9days to travel 100km equates to .5KmH and the item has been sitting in the Geelong depot for 2 days approx 10Km from destination

In the scheme of things, compared with some other reviews ,we were LUCKY , as the package was delivered to the correct address and it was placed in the prearranged location. Similar, to other people’s experiences, the abysmal communication by Toll , meant a wasted day waiting for a non-delivery.
