We paid extra for Toll to deliver our goods from Perth to the Gold Coast within 3 to 5 days and that has now expired

The shipment hasn't been delivered until now thus service wise i would say, zero star. Get messages to pick up from a location but frankly telling went to the hub, the parcel is not there so how do you expect me to find the parcel. Just not happy that the services have taken such a long time to receive a parcel.
