Our parcel is missing for almost three weeks and the ARAMEX agents from the PHILIPPINES cannot locate our parcel. Nobody can help us, even the supervisor. You should improve your First-call Resolution. Your KPI is so low.

My parcel was left at the Rocky Cape tavern WTF how irresponsible, tracking was not updated to reflect this, nobody called or emailed me to let me know, furthermore the item could have been delivered to the Rocky Cape Post Office which is directly across the road from me and THEY WOULD HAVE accepted it no questions asked, all my mail is kept there and i go collect it. So your drivers need be made aware of this and also need a reminder to communicate difficulties like this directly to the customer, bridge works causes this inconvenience however the bridge reopened on the 4th October and council had a diversion in so it also could have been physically delivered i understand why it wasn't but how this handled was unacceptable and Toll needs to make sure this kind of shit show doesn't occur again! I even email Toll about this and didn't get a response, Do better!

The delivery driver has a contact number to make contact with the people awaiting there delivery, yet they don't use it. That would be my suggestion. Very annoyed as i have been waiting all day for my parcel and no one came, yet it showed up on tracking as unsuccessful delivery zzzzzz. Hence why i only like to use Australia Post, as they would of dropped the parcel off to the office.
