This is the second time in two weeks that I've had late parcels and unable to track the delivery past being picked up. This shipment (MP0086779887) is coming from the Gold Coast to Gatton, apparently via the Aramex Toowoomba depot who have proved time and time again to be absolutely useless. Aramex overall are being tarnished because of the lack of care or commitment from the Toowoomba Depot. I could go on with a lot more but have already submitted a complaint last week and yet to hear from anyone regardless of leaving my contact details. mine isa question why do fed ex require a apple card to obtain a tracking number when there is no m name address or anything to identify the card sender a drivers licence has all the details on it including ng a photo id the amount of people that are being scammed and losing money in Australia is incredable there is alot of imposters out there i know but if a picture of an agent there with a uniform on it look legit i have been done and i would say send it back rarther than get it I have had agents / managers asking for it then dispaters and even drivers asking for cards Iam told i have a lot of packages here in Australia as well as in the USA FBI in Washington dc say they have many with my name on them i have never recieved a package yet and want some answers please i have also had several threats from people who say the work for you and if i dont pay watch myself as they have myaddress and watch out

Yes have a bloody phone number so you can organise a pick up from the depot not a bloody AI assistant that is clueless!!! Zero for customer unservice!!!

This depot isnt easy to deal with. As for delivery they only have a short delivery distant.
