You advertise delivery to the door but do not do this even though all other couriers have no problem delivering to our house. Then you do not take the parcel to the closest post office but to your depot which is more than 20 klms away. False advertising and no service - a BAD business model.

Trying to get an update on a delivery, went to website for contact number, the number was for Mudgee NAB. Say no more effing useless.

THEY DIDN'T LEAVE PARCEL. THEY SAID THEY LEFT A CARD WITH INFO IN HOW TO GET MY PARCEL - THEY DIDN'T. THE TRACKING NO IS NOT FOUND ON THEIR WEB SITE. FEELING HELPLESS.

Can't talk to anyone and the tracking says the number cannot be found The reference number is not on your system or the system is too poor to handle enquiries

It said I was not home at the time of delivery. Where I live and work is at a caravan park, so someone is always here at reception.

Got an email to say driver was a hour away 2 days ago. Got another email this morning to say out for deliver tracking website has it has been returned to base. Outside estimated deliver dates now. Tried to call 13 number automotive message said can track on website then it hung up on me.
