My parcel was delivered yesterday, unexpectedly a week early. As advised on the delivery failure note, I tried swmy.com.au on both a PC and a mobile device and neither recognise the tracking number. So, I've tried looking for your local depot in Bunbury WA on the Internet and cannot find a listing. So, I'm completely stuck. Why is this so difficult??

Need up-to-date tracking as no change in tracking information in 5 days is very poor.

No delivery was even attempted. Locked gate has a bell, no one rang this.

I was sick in bed and my wife was not at home. No notifications via SMS.

Have only received part of the original order ie 1 package of the 2 to make up the order. We have wall panels only for the greenhouse ordered, with no framework for same. Weight wise only 11 kg out of 35 kg stated.
