Delivery was attempted to the wrong address on the first attempt. Had not arrived by 8.40pm on the next attempt 2 days later.

Try and find my door. The property has two units, only one door was knocked on. Allow your drivers enough time to look at more than one side of the house.

My parcel was not delivered and claimed that the premises was closed when there was someone was there the whole day. The premises is around the back of the complex and I think they did not try to find it. This is the only time we have not received a parcel at this address. All our other parcels get delivered. No notice was left in the letter box or under the door to notify us of the attempted delivery or how to collect the undelivered parcel. More than a week went by with no notification of a rescheduled delivery or details of how to collect it. I have had to try and make contact and still have been unsuccessful.
