Driver claimed to attempt delivery at 9:07am. I was at home. No knock on door. No card left. Customer service advised that it would be left at the local post office, and that I can pick it up later. Very annoyed. I paid for delivery. Not partial delivery. Not a fake delivery. Can't help but feel like I've been lied to. Very disappointed. Frankly, I want to demand my money back.

We paid extra for Toll to deliver our goods from Perth to the Gold Coast within 3 to 5 days and that has now expired
