Failed to deliver three times in a row - even when soemone was home - communication does not allow "leave in safe place if no one home" - communication does not even say where parcel depot is!!! "Star track Melbourne" as an address is not helpful. Website is useless.

No tracking updates, no delivery, no communication from Star Trek, Awful staff with a lack of customer service skills obtained to Australian Standards including language skills. Package 'lost' and total refusal from staff to urgently reach out to 'Depo' over the phone opposed of slow e-mailing. Long wait time for call backs and even longer wait time for refund and reimbursement of goods. This time calculated to touch 3-4 weeks which is unrealistic for an 'urgent medical delivery'. They customer service guy with NZ accent was very polite and helpful, apart from that it was the most unproffesional service ever experienced. The same happened last week when tracking stopped updating, parcel never delivered on confirmed delivery times. Not even on extra scheduled service day of Saturday did I receive the first parcel or a call. It was marked 'attempted delivery' with zero efforts of delivery or reaching out on contact number provided. This is a matter I am looking to escalate to furthest possible point.

You advertise delivery to the door but do not do this even though all other couriers have no problem delivering to our house. Then you do not take the parcel to the closest post office but to your depot which is more than 20 klms away. False advertising and no service - a BAD business model.

Trying to get an update on a delivery, went to website for contact number, the number was for Mudgee NAB. Say no more effing useless.
