TRAIN DELIVERY PERSONELL TO USE google IF UNABLE TO IDENTIFY PHYSICAL LOCATION OF PREMISES SHOWN AS DELIVERY DESTINATION

Provide location of where you have taken parcels. You just slip a card under doorwith no flow up and we haveno idea where parcel is. Then it's like pulling teeth to get an answer. I just want to pick up the parcel tell me where it is Its not yours to hold

Gilbet Payne - 9/25/2026 5:12:16

Why is parcel stuck in Bridgewater for three days?

Terri - 8/25/2026 17:02:03

My item has not been delivered

Jim O'Brien - 8/19/2026 14:18:03

VERY DIFFICULT TO TRACK A PARCEL THAT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. ADDRESS IS CORRECT HOWEVER TRACKING INDICATES INVALID ADDRESS. PROBLEM IS IN OBTAINING SIGNATURE WHEN DELIVERY SAYS NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED AS TO NON DELIVERY SO NO WAY OF ADDRESSING PROBLEM

Mark - 8/19/2026 13:47:05

Please deliver to address, not get me to take time off work to drive to the other side of town to pick up my parcel
