THEY DIDN'T LEAVE PARCEL. THEY SAID THEY LEFT A CARD WITH INFO IN HOW TO GET MY PARCEL - THEY DIDN'T. THE TRACKING NO IS NOT FOUND ON THEIR WEB SITE. FEELING HELPLESS.

If the tracking says (it's coming today on board for delivery) then it should be delivered.

2 days to travel 1500 km,and a further 6 days so far to travel 30km pathetic service avoid if you're in a hurry.

putting more information, a contact number, consignment info on the card would be useful. a
