Parcel held up for 3 days due safety issue (for a pillow!!??)

The parcel sat at the wrong address for a week because they were not home. The address TOLL went to was 3 houses away from where i live. - 5/1/2026 12:23:50

Message received at 11.44am today saying parcel from Amazon left in secure location but parcel nowhere to be found on property and I have looked everywhere… . I viewed the message at home at about 11.55am - so clearly the parcel was not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. Can you please respond ASAP - maybe get driver to say exactly where the secure location is. THANK YOU
