According to the information available, my item was received into a Wacol Brisbane warehouse on the 5/12/2024. How come this has been sitting undelivered for 2 WEEKS ??

Don't bother informing your customers by text when it arrives in depot - considering you do not bother delivering rural. Pathetic service

You don't deliver to my rural address. All other courier companies do. On the tracking app it is saying my package is awaiting collection but does not give a collection address! I am now on the phone to you waiting waiting waiting.
