You don't deliver to my rural address. All other courier companies do. On the tracking app it is saying my package is awaiting collection but does not give a collection address! I am now on the phone to you waiting waiting waiting.

Why has my package been left unattended at my front door when it explicitly said in the order that it needed someone home to receive and sign for this? Now i am at work and coming home later tonight, hopefully no one will think to grab the parcel before i get there.
