Item was supposed to be left at the front door. I have no idea where it is. I would like it delivered to our home please.

Item was not delivered, claiming unable to contact me. No contact was made at all and I had to chase its whereabouts myself. I was home most of the day. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Poor service!!!
