Got an email to say driver was a hour away 2 days ago. Got another email this morning to say out for deliver tracking website has it has been returned to base. Outside estimated deliver dates now. Tried to call 13 number automotive message said can track on website then it hung up on me.

Item picked up from Melbourne on 15th Not yet delivered after 3 days. Tracking still shows in transit. Very disappointed with this service.

Update the tracking more often no update since Tuesday it's Saturday now. And last time time my parcel went to the wrong address even though I rang and told the them where I was.
