Incredibly poor delivery service and lack of accuracy with tracking system. It has been 11 days since the tracking for my delivery has been updated. Border express customer support, while proactive at the main HQ, were repeatedly unable to reach out to the Sunshine Coast branch. My delivery was from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, two adjacent metropolitan centres. My retailer advised that this would be delivered within 1-2 business days, being a metropolitan delivery, however it is getting close to 2 weeks LATE. I will be putting this review on Google and raising it with the retailer to discourage using Border Express as a courier due to this complete failure to perform their role.
