My parcel was not delivered and claimed that the premises was closed when there was someone was there the whole day. The premises is around the back of the complex and I think they did not try to find it. This is the only time we have not received a parcel at this address. All our other parcels get delivered. No notice was left in the letter box or under the door to notify us of the attempted delivery or how to collect the undelivered parcel. More than a week went by with no notification of a rescheduled delivery or details of how to collect it. I have had to try and make contact and still have been unsuccessful.

The package was thrown at the doorway putting a dint in the box for the heavy item inside. Luckily it was well packaged, and so far appears relatively undamaged. Like wtf c'mon guys - at least knock on the door don't just throw stuff at it.

The delivery address was an Auspost secure locker but Fedex reckoned it was a post office box and delivered it to a newsagency which I am now trying to find

APPLE ordered A pickup Dec 27, for 8-9am today. Then Apple say, definately by 5pm TODAY!! FAILED TO PICKUP A RETURN TO APPLE. If I could give a big ZERO rating I would. shocking lack of services!!

Package handover to fastway on dec. 17th. after 12 days still not movement and not showing any further status. Its a Christmas gift. Very bad service.

Update the tracking more often no update since Tuesday it's Saturday now. And last time time my parcel went to the wrong address even though I rang and told the them where I was.

Says delivered before 8am, Monday , but parcel is nowhere in sight. Family were home, no one knocked. There is no photo provided to us by the delivery contractor. Where is this child’s Christmas gift ?
