We do not live in Narrogin!! We have not picked this freight up!! It was supposed to be delivered to Williams WA 6391!! Someone in your depot is obviously stealing our goods. If I don,t get a response by tomorrow morning I will refer this to the Police as Stolen and you can sort it with them.

Trying to receive a parcel via FEDEX is like using pigeon post. To find a phone number for FEDEX took me over two hours, then I found that my parcel was 48 km away at Bega North. They are not contactable. In the end I had to ring an overseas number, they could give me no information and will contact someone then call me back within a promised 1hour!??

System does not have enough information. has been in transit 1 month. this is hopeless. Went from Mt isa to brisbane then back to darwin.
