I have a parcel locker as I live in an apartment. I ordered a book online not realising that DHL doesn’t deliver to parcel lockers. The item is stuck in your Canberra depot. I have rung 3 different areas of your company and no one can help me. I would like it delivered to the Manuka hub

WORST COMPANY IN AUSTALIA,the driver didnt even get out of the van saw the gate closed all you have to do is pushed and it opens how Dum are these driver cant speak english they need sacking all of them.

Delivery was not received. The tracking information states that the item was left in or at the mailbox. The item was large. Is there a photo of the delivery?
