No notification left in mailbox to indicate package was not delivered or offering a local FEDEX site to collect from. Package still retained 10 days after original delivery attempt with no further follow up. Automated E-messages did not allow me to request alternate delivery.

There is no record of my parcel. The tracking # cannot be found. Two phone calls to Aramax on 3rd and 8th of July 2026. There was an address issue and it was rectified I was told on the 3rd and it would be delivered. It is now the 10th and I have received NO emails from Aramax I believe the parcel is in the Maryborough QLD. I live 35 k from there and truckes deliver every day to my area. Do I assume the parcel is lost?

Took weeks to fail to deliver, only for me to have to go pick it up from the warehouse. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
