There is no record of my parcel. The tracking # cannot be found. Two phone calls to Aramax on 3rd and 8th of July 2026. There was an address issue and it was rectified I was told on the 3rd and it would be delivered. It is now the 10th and I have received NO emails from Aramax I believe the parcel is in the Maryborough QLD. I live 35 k from there and truckes deliver every day to my area. Do I assume the parcel is lost?

Took weeks to fail to deliver, only for me to have to go pick it up from the warehouse. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

terrible site, pops directing to paid site to get an answer. telling me my package was due yesterday but was delayed is clear as mud in clarity of when i am to receive my delivery

Parcel is ready to pick up... but where? Someplace in Hobart Tasmania. No address. Nothing. Totally useless.

This is great service. Package could not be delivered as receivers were not home but they were able to pick up from the postal centre.
