I have a parcel locker as I live in an apartment. I ordered a book online not realising that DHL doesn’t deliver to parcel lockers. The item is stuck in your Canberra depot. I have rung 3 different areas of your company and no one can help me. Aus post changed my tracking record.I contacted and it was changed. Contacted again..no help. It showed it was about to be delivered in my state. Then went off to another state. Lost the package between Sydney and Brisbane. Contacts are all bots and AI that refer you to an inconclusive recurring loop. No one to respond to queries. They tell you to wait in a queue and no one ever responds. Would have put zero stars if the form had let me.
