Item was not delivered, claiming unable to contact me. No contact was made at all and I had to chase its whereabouts myself. I was home most of the day. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Poor service!!!

No tracking updates, no delivery, no communication from Star Trek, Awful staff with a lack of customer service skills obtained to Australian Standards including language skills. Package 'lost' and total refusal from staff to urgently reach out to 'Depo' over the phone opposed of slow e-mailing. Long wait time for call backs and even longer wait time for refund and reimbursement of goods. This time calculated to touch 3-4 weeks which is unrealistic for an 'urgent medical delivery'. They customer service guy with NZ accent was very polite and helpful, apart from that it was the most unproffesional service ever experienced. The same happened last week when tracking stopped updating, parcel never delivered on confirmed delivery times. Not even on extra scheduled service day of Saturday did I receive the first parcel or a call. It was marked 'attempted delivery' with zero efforts of delivery or reaching out on contact number provided. This is a matter I am looking to escalate to furthest possible point.

Useless and inaccurate tracking. Don't know where my delivery has been or where it is now!!!
