Two days late and counting. Ive contacted them to be advised that only 20 of the 23 packages have arrived from their Sydney depot and they are awaiting arrival of those. Very strange considering the tracking page shows all packages arrived at Sydney

VERY DIFFICULT TO TRACK A PARCEL THAT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. ADDRESS IS CORRECT HOWEVER TRACKING INDICATES INVALID ADDRESS. PROBLEM IS IN OBTAINING SIGNATURE WHEN DELIVERY SAYS NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED AS TO NON DELIVERY SO NO WAY OF ADDRESSING PROBLEM

I have no idea where parcel was delivered to. I live over 50km from Tenterfield where it was delivered but where??
