Provide location of where you have taken parcels. You just slip a card under doorwith no flow up and we haveno idea where parcel is. Then it's like pulling teeth to get an answer. I just want to pick up the parcel tell me where it is Its not yours to hold

Two days late and counting. Ive contacted them to be advised that only 20 of the 23 packages have arrived from their Sydney depot and they are awaiting arrival of those. Very strange considering the tracking page shows all packages arrived at Sydney
