To save time and having to re deliver the driver could have called me for options - I would have been happy for him to leave as I had gone to pickup a child from school and was out for 15mins which was the time he tried to deliver the parcel. I had no previous notification that there was a delivery from FedEx - and one can't stay home all day waiting for a delivery especially if they aren't aware of one! I would have been happy for the parcel to be left even though a signature was required in this case. I will be out again from 3pm today when apparently they are going to try to deliver again as I have to pick children up from school and am happy for the parcel to be left. It shouldn't be so difficult!!

My parcel was not delivered, and I have received no advice regarding its location other than "returned to depot". The tracking number has now disappeared from the Start Track tracking system so I have no way of knowing where it is.

They handed it onto a third party and wont tell me the 3rd party company name so I can chase it up. Have been waiting for 6 days now

I would like to highly commend the the excellent service of the delivery man yesterday. He went above and beyond to ensure my parcel was delivered - even carrying the 14.5 kg parcel himself by foot uphill the last part of our driveway. Amazing effort and five star customer service which I hope you may acknowledge with him how well he did his job. Please also convey to him again my sincere gratitude and thanks.

Delivered after 2 weeks did not msg on the day, did not leave it at the letterbox took it to a depot need to take a day off work to pick it up, zero effort deserves zero score
