Our parcel is missing for almost three weeks and the ARAMEX agents from the PHILIPPINES cannot locate our parcel. Nobody can help us, even the supervisor. You should improve your First-call Resolution. Your KPI is so low.

Need up-to-date tracking as no change in tracking information in 5 days is very poor.
