Out of all the courier companies I have dealings with, this is the best. Never let us down. As a hard-to-locate address at a university, they have sorted this out and always send the same helpful, cheerful and polite driver. Some other courier companies always send new drivers who can't seem to find us or bother ringing us.

Business owners and Senders, please dont use their service its so painful to deal with these people. Bad customer service. Bad delivery people. They will just waste your time.

Drivers are horrendous. Don't attempt to actually deliver just mark as undeliverable and then put you through the hassle of having to order a redelivery, which they again mark as undeliverable. You will pay a premium delivery fee, and what you'll get in return is hours spent on support calls trying to get your driver to actually deliver your package.

Delivery Driver LIED about me not being home to receive a package. And that's it. No way to contest this. No way to contact the driver who still has an hour on their shift to tell them to "turn around" and come back. Now my delivery is late. What's the point of using a courier service if they don't even ring the doorbell before saying you weren't home?

I am waiting at home for a delivery that I need today. However, I received a text message to say that delivery was attempted and a card was left. It was not. I have contacted TNT, and they have refused to help in any way. Do not use TNT. They will just take your money and pretend to deliver your parcel. They are a dishonest and unhelpful company.

Extremely unimpressed. I have had a 1.5tonne item to be picked up from Sydney to go to Hervey Bay QLD in an emergency order. IT has been booked in for over a week and not picked up. Many follow calls. No one important we can talk to. Thousands of dollars will be lost to our business when this does not arrive on time. No communication from TNT. We even rebooked the pick up. TNT Shame on you for not being a professional organization. I feel you have plenty of work available and as such do not care at all about your customers. Very Poor

Are you kidding me? Not a single parcel I've had delivered by TNT (never my courier of choice by the way - always the retailer's) has reached my hands on the scheduled day. Regardless of whether I'm at home or not the driver always says "whoops we missed you" and leaves it at the "nearest" depot which is a good 5km away. What a joke. The latest parcel had TNT text me at 6:50pm for delivery before 6pm that day! Am I supposed to time travel to get my parcel? How does someone work with negative 50 minutes notice? TNT you had one job: to deliver parcels as scheduled. Do it. Please. Any retailers reading this: avoid TNT at all cost, your customers have a better chance of getting their stuff if you taped it to a carrier pigeon.

You must be kidding me I have no reason to use a courier company if I need to collect them myself, Also, you never asked my thoughts but just left a collecting card because you couldn't find its “receiver” I think you should learn how other courier company does for their customers Now you see your review from customers, seems like you don't work or deliberately don't contact customers and just said “we missed you”

Would like to rate a ZERO if I could, very bad service. The dirver never try to deliver the parcel. What the do is, drop the parcel to a local newsagency, which is about 10mis drive, why people using an express service have to pick up their parcels while they are at home????

Doesn't even deserve one single star. Dealing with TNT has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. The complete disregard for your time and money is absolutely disgraceful. After months of attempting to get someone to collect an order we found a local truck company who could do the same order for 1/4 of the price and they arrived the next day to pick it up!!!!! It has now been two months of trying to obtain a refund. 2 months of someone saying, It has been deposited you will see it in the next 10 days. 10 days goes past, no money. I call again, no one seems to find a refund processed anywhere. Then told the matter is being escalated. It has now apparently been escalated 3 times!!! Called up again today, and then lady said there is no record of a refund or an escalation so oh what do you know, she is going to escalate it again!! GO ELSEWHERE. Save your time and your sanity. These people DO NOT CARE.

Incredibly incompetent and lazy service. If you own a business and need a courier service avoid at all cost. Minimal to limited tracking updates, late delivery, no support over the phone. When questioning a driver why he didn't deliver my package, he confirmed because there wasn't a park outside... That is not the customers responsibility. Go to AirRoad group, much better service.

Absolutely the worst service and delivery company on the market. Send a confirmation email with a date that the package will be delivered and they deliver it on the wrong day. What’s the point of the email then? Not to mention that the drivers never get out of their trucks they just put a “sorry we missed you” ticket but I was there, in my clinic and watched the driver drive off even though I was waving to him. Called customer service and the little girl stated it was my fault and spoke over the top of me. What happened to customer service? Never have a good experience with this company.

Nothing short of theives. All accounting is done off shore so if you have an invoice query it takes months to sort out via email. Simply a bad company to deal with, no accountability or honesty.

It truly takes focus, dedication, and a complete lack of self awareness to craft systems and organizational processes that are designed to fail,in the face of brutal criticism, and then double down, and employ personnel from top to bottom that lack any sense of personal drive, professionalism, or even basic competence. A few key takeaways: 1. Assume anything and everything that they tell you, is at best a wild @$$ guess that they have absolutely no way of knowing, and at worst, a deliberate bold faced lie. 2. Command and control between the office, and the drivers, is non-existent. So when on the phone with the office, refer to point #1. 3. Expect to be told that in 2023 an adult human being living in Australia (their drivers) does not have a mobile phone. Hence point #2. 4. Any attempt to overcome the fundamental shortcomings in their systems and processes, by trying to speak directly with anyone who is actually able to have a positive influence on the outcome, will be met with abject disdain, a half hearted apology, and followed up with yet another hollow promise of satisfactory service. It is truly astonishing and mind boggling that this company has not gone into liquidation, based on the consistently bad to atrocious levels of customer service. If you want to use them, good luck!

I received a phone call from TNT customer service today said that my parcel is in the was waiting at the depot. She said that the driver attempted to place my parcel to my place on Tuesday. She said it was my mistake that I wasn’t available, so I have to either pick it up from the depot or the parcel will be sent back to Thailand. But I was in the house all day long. I didn’t hear anyone knock the door or call me to ask me if I am available to receive my parcel. She said I have to wait for 7 days if she could whether send my parcel to my address (i have to pay for extra fee) or to Thailand. That’s probably the standard practice of the driver to save time. The driver never knocked or called me, WORST SERVICE EVER The driver should be fired. Can’t count or write! TNT obviously don’t care.

Avoid this firm at all costs. If you have an account with them check all your invoices for rampant overcharging with either additional surcharges or Check Weight charges. Send 5 boxes weighing 10kg and they will hit you with a Heavy Duty handling charge even though each box is under 20kg. On our latest shipment via Bigpost they charged double on a pallet when they "scanned it" claiming it was twice as big as the one sent.

Lazy clearly under paid delivery drivers. I clicked to have my package let at the door but I was also home waiting for the delivery. No one came to the door and I just received a text that "Sorry we missed you". You never missed me, you didn't even show up. Pay your drivers or get better ones.

Horrible experience, lost a TV - took 2 weeks to "find" it, then delayed delivery because they were "short staffed" at the depot (despite the fact that we have had a TNT truck arrive at our address today). Given the cost of freight, timeframe from delivery and complaints from the customer, there is no valid reason to delay further and I recommend using another company if you value your sanity.

Didn't pick up because no paperwork in Albany. Did not pick up on 30 December either when told to. Stolen and now found bikes still waiting in Albany.
