I wasn’t home when the parcel arrived so it was taken back to the warehouse. Picked up a few days later and the package has a puncture hole in it 6-7cm diameter which was deep enough to go 1-2cm into the contents.

NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT NOTIFY THE CLIENT OF WHEN THE DELIVERY IS EXPECTED THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUERIES. IF A CLIENT TRIES TO CONTACT THEM ON THE 131150 THEY ARE PUT ON HOLD WITH MUSIC FOR 20 MIN THEN AFTER THE 20 MIN YOU ARE JUST ON HOLD WITHOUT ANY COMMENTARY. THEY ARE REPLY ON THE FACT THAT THE CALLER WILL HANG UP. IT IS NOW 50 MINUTES AND NO RESPONSE. THIS COURIER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COURIER SERVICE YOU COULD ENGAGE.

I know couriers tend to get little credit when things go right and cop it when they don't, but my god these guys are bad. Pay $200 for "international priority" and wasn't picked up on the day it was meant to be. 3 phone calls later and it's still not been picked up, despite assurances it would be and no explanation how today's driver would be different to yesterday's.

Terrible Service, l will negative points if it was possible. Hold times on the phone is longer than 40 minutes, and no Email address where you can email ,on Phone they give you false hopes all the times. I tried to call them 8 times and their customer service could not give me any idea where my package is ? There online tracking said they delivered it to me on different dates and I was so worried as I never received my parcel. In the end After making thousands calls and waiting for more than 4 Weeks I had to go and pick it up from the depot myself which was inconvenient.

Dropped a shoe sale off at tnt north Geelong, they didn’t scan in even after 2 days since I dropped the shoes off, the company canceled the sale because I took “too long to ship” even though it was completely tnt north geelongs fault that they didn’t scan the shipment in their system, am now without payment or the shoes, tnt north Geelong should owe me $375 at this point for the canceled sale and the unreturned package

He sped up the process, contacted me several times to keep me in the loop of everything and made sure I got my package before the weekend. FedEx is so lucky to have an employee like Tim leading the team at North Geelong!

Absolutely appalling service. Consignment was incorrectly scanned Monday, they said it will be delivered Tuesday, never got back to me, had to chase them up Tuesday afternoon, now they say they don't have drivers and it wont be on the truck until Wednesday!
