Rude customer service when the agent is in the wrong. I booked my shipment and left a comment to say I will be there at 4pm (it was supposed to close at 4pm) I arrived at 3:58pm and he's already left! I drove from Rylstone to drop my parcel off for nothing ! Again... I also came on Monday at 9:35am but the opening hours on Google are wrong so don't bother to drive a long distance to finally realised that it's closed.

Deliver during working hours. Won't leave it at the door. Opening hours are ridiculous. Left incorrect information to have parcel redelivered. There is no contact phone.
