All the negative reviews are from people with problems but Iā€™ve had multiple large and/or heavy items delivered to my house over the past 2 years including a whole set of home theatre speakers and 45kg sub and these guys have been nothing but friendly, helpful and nice to me. Iā€™ve also been nice to them. And Iā€™ve been out to the depot to search for some missing boxes and they really tried. Turned out they were still coming and the shipment was split. No problem. Still helpful. Thank you. Keep doing what youā€™re doing :)

If I could leave zero stars I would. Made no attempt to deliver (Eastern shore, Hobart) and just left a card in the mailbox when someone was at home waiting for the delivery. Called TNT and was advised that the driver will be contacted to reattend the address.. and guess what - no delivery. Have also advised the company that sent the goods (I paid shipping costs) to let them know what is going on. TNT are shoddy here in Hobart .. do not use them.

I've never had a parcel delivered to the labels address. Every time, I had to drive out and pick it up. The entrance is an unmarked door up some steps to the right of the loading docks just around the corner from customer parking, then a maze to the first unattended office, enter there to find a second hopefully attended office. The guy was friendly and helpful.

No attempt made to try and rectify the issue, and absolutely no communication whatsoever from them to let me know that they weren't going to be delivering the item. A so called "delivery" service that instead expects customers to pick up from their depot.

What an awful service! My parcel was delivered without my signature, it was with someone else who faked my signature. Good job TNT, thanks to my CCTV, the courier didnā€™t ring the doorbell to deliver. Instead, just got a fake signature and said it was delivered. This is a scam obviously. 0 star.

Ok, I would have thought that give the amount of negative feedback TNT Hobart has received that they might pay a little more attention and improve their delivery service. Unfortunately with my recent experience the opposite seems to be the case. Said delivery was to be today following my parcel having a lie over in Hobart depot for over a week, waited all day at home, only to be notified by tracking update that the driver was unable to deliver as we were not available and a card left. Imagine to my surprise that no driver came and no card left! Despite being home at the exact time of so called attempted delivery. I got absolutely no clue as to what goes through this driverā€™s mind for simply not telling the truth about the attempted delivery. Guess another driver will have the responsibility to rediliver. Surely canā€™t be too hard ? Ok, update. Now I find out it will be another week before possible delivery. So given that the driver falsified information Iā€™m to be disadvantaged by waiting a further week for an item I paid good money for to be delivered. TNT Hobart, you are a joke and that is putting it mildly!

Iā€™ve been waiting several days for a parcel. I keep getting texts saying ā€œthis parcel is on board with a TNT driver for deliveryā€. I canā€™t canā€™t contact the Hobart Depo. The main customer service centre are of no assistance. For a courier service of this cost, the service is very poor. :(

Terrible experience. Parcel wasnā€™t left despite authority to leave, people on the phone werenā€™t helpful at all. Ended up having to organize my own pickup from their depot. Why pay for a delivery service that doesnā€™t deliver?? Very disappointed.

Tracked delivery easily from NSW to Hobart. I arranged to pick delivery up from the depot as I didn't have a forklift to unload it .. Depot staff were extremely helpful and I was able to load delivery into my boot after forklift brought it to loading bay ... Thanks heaps TNT Express

the worst customer service. you cant contact them directly at your local depot and have to wait online for absolutely ages to speak to a call centre LISTENING TO THE WORST HOLD MUSIC WHICH WAS ALL CRACKLY AND AGITATING. mY QUERY WOULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED IN LESS THEN THIRTY SECONDS IF I HAD BEEN ABLE TO CALL THE LOCAL DEPOT DIRECTLY!!!!!!

My parcel is missing. TNT Hobart depot can't find it and have no way of checking where it's gone. I received a message to say my parcel was waiting to be picked up. The manager of the Hobart depot tells me the message "must have been a computer glitch" and that the parcel "must have been returned to sender". So by implication, the sender (a reputable business) must be lying when they say it hasn't been returned to them! TNT have NO PAPER TRAIL (or computer trail) to prove they returned it to the sender. When I started questioning him about their lack of care, his response was: "there's no evidence there was even a parcel in the first place". Complete lack of responsibility, disregard for my predicament, rude and insulting, and no reliable tracking system for the parcels they are paid to transport. One star is way too good for this incompetence.

Same as everyone else! : You don't show up on the day you say you will. No one knows why. No one knows where the package is. No one will commit to a new delivery day and time. No one can get direct access to information. My former employer was FedEx's biggest customer in New York City (Bowne & Co.) and was super-efficient. Fed Ex should read the customer reviews on the TNT website before committing to going into business with them.

TNT notified me yesterday via text & email that my parcel would be delivered "today" between 0800 and 2000hrs. I contacted them at 5pm via live chat to see where it was, & "Renee" said there were "address issues" & my parcel "may be delivered in the next one or two days". What the actual? I confirmed with them that that had my correct address, so in fact there were zero address issues. According to the TNT tracker, my parcel was taken back to the TNT Montrose (Tas) depot at 7.53pm last night, which has no phone number listed. Since then I have had no update or contact from TNT, even though they have my phone number.

Only wish I could score lower. Moving internationally and tnt were supposed to drop off moving boxes on Monday. Didn't arrive. then Tuesday on the phone to them all day and didn't arrive again because 'the driver didn't have time to make the delivery' (that was already a day late on express delivery). Finally delivered Wednesday afternoon and pre-empting the same result for the planned pickup on Friday I rang them to make sure it was marked as an urgent request. Spoke to 9 different people from the call centre over the three day hell and they ranged from helpful to useless in varying degrees. Constantly undermined and contradicted each other. It finally culminated in the pickup not happening and after three more phonecalls throughout pickup day I was told by TNT to get a cab (as I no longer had a car) to the depot and drop off the items. Also all of this at my own expense.... Even after I'd paid for road express shipping. Couldn't recommend them any less and plan to tell anyone who will listen how bad they are. Really poor service with absolute no regard to providing the product you pay for.

Very bad business model designed to keep customer at arms length Missed the first delivery as it was scheduled to arrive a week later. Cant contact depot direct - would have been solved in seconds... Website didnt function with consignment number. Marked as delivered on tracking site Rang tnt...waited 30min. told it was not his area when answered and transferred me .... another 30+ min wait and listening to awful repetitive music Finally answered and rescheduled delivery for next day. Stayed in purposefully to recieve parcel....it wasnt delivered. Now back on phone and waiting ..... Previous experience also with severely damaged goods. No care , no responsibility My Advice -Do not purchase from any company that uses TNT/Fedex for delivery. Its no good telling tnt - huge company and they dont listen. So tell the company you are buying from that you wont purchase from them if they send with fedex. I have already cancelled two orders because they were shipping Fedex/tnt and sourced the products elsewhere. .
