I was behind a truck (Plates: CB Z4 DD) He/she attempted to turn right when the light turned green but the arrow was still red, a pedestrian was crossing. Lucky there's no red light camera on this particular intersection otherwise he/she would have gotten flashed / fined and oncoming vehicle would be wrongfully blocked.

Waiting for a Fatherā€™s day gift ordered on the 19th of August with Express Shipping. Still no sign of delivery and no idea of when and if it will be delivered. Called customer service no one has any idea of anything and I am not allowed to go and pick up my delivery. Every day there is a scan of my parcel saying delay beyond our control, what does that mean??? The only thing I know is my partnerā€™s first father day gift will Not arrive on time, so I spent $90 for no gift. Thanks for offering and charging for a service that you cannot provide Fedex. Your express option is a joke! Maybe you should put on hold your service for a bit instead of charging people for something you are not providing. Extremely disappointed with this service and communication.

We as a pharmacy worker send 10 to 15 parcels a week, and Dom - our pick up driver is so so good and always on time. Never miss a day and also if he goes on holidays, he communicate with replacement drivers and all of them are great. You guys are doing great service. Champagne prices for service so poor that I don't understand how they stay in business! I was not offered a choice of carrier and charged U$475 to ship 3 boxes. Only two arrived. The other was apparently delivered and signed for - just not to my home. Their investigation dept didn't do anything. They recommended that I go looking for it!

Don't waste your money and go with DHL if you could. I had a parcel due on wednesday and we were home all day ,got a message from FedEx that parcel will be delivered by end of the day and its in the truck but we never got the parcel. Why does a joke like this even exist ? At this point it's quicker to get an item from USA to Sydney than from a depot 5 minute from my home to me. 7 days in warehouse with no movement, did they lose it? Will they deliver? DHL is the go to for the service. Not rubbish like this

This is "Express Delivery" by FedEx. Tracking looks like its auto generated as the delivery date kept changing each day to following day, then changed to "pending" with no ETA. Still no package, no ETA. Only positive is nice support staff over the phone.

Even though I was at home, I left my card and went away. I was frustrated, so I applied for pick-up at the service center twice, but when I went there, the delivery was out. Both the service center and the head office are told to evade responsibility and come back.

TNT made an absolute mess of our delivery from Melbourne to Sydney. A week after the initial pickup in Melbourne, TNT couldn't find the package. I had to track it down in Sydney and go pick it up from another suburb. Sort of defeats the purpose of their core service. Service failure (10), service recovery (0). It will be interesting to see what, if anything, TNT does to compensate and make amends.

Fedex is one of the worst courier services I ever used. Whilst no one was at home the house is on auction apart from myself no one else has the keys to the house. The courier driver delivered Parcel to a Made up name. Absolutely pathetic. I called Fedex up to follow up on my parcel and they kept telling me that itā€™s been delivered and you check on your end. Although I kept telling them to deliver it to the nearest post office as I wonā€™t be home as m out of sydney. And despite no one being at the residence Fedex kept telling me that the parcel been delivered and signed by some person called ā€œStaceyā€. Yet the driver kept the parcel to himself or dumped it somewhere. I had some of the most important things in that parcel. And I even paid for the delivery. Yet I didnā€™t recieve my parcel. Therefore m advising you not to ever ever use Fedex such a fraud this company and itā€™s drivers are canā€™t be trusted.

if ZERO stars was an option, i'd give them that. CANNOT comprehend how terrible their customer service, tracking & communication is. Long story short - courier booked online for large crate from SYD to MEL - they collected after extreme hassle then dropped at their holding warehouse 4km away because the item was not on a pallet. THIS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED while booking. 1 week on and it is still sitting in their holding warehouse waiting to be "returned to sender" totally useless.

Dear FedEx, I think the way you are providing your service, it is high time to shut down freight service and think about something else. If you still want to continue, for god sake provide a cell phone to your drivers so that they can call the recipient before dropping sorry we missed you card.
