My experience counters many here. While I missed a TNT delivery yesterday, and am not sure they knocked, as I was home all day, I did find the customer service staff member spoke with was wonderful!! The redelivery request online form is simple, but states that the item cannot be left without a recipient able to sign for the item. Due to health issues the team found a way to accommodate me with a redelivery tomorrow in under 5 minutes, following about a 30 second wait time for the call to be answered. I've not ordered through TNT for some years, but this is consistent with the service I received in 2020.
