I am only giving you 1 star because the system will not allow me to give you any less. My package had clearly been dropped on one end during transit. So I put this down to bad luck and I order another one to be shipped from Canberra to Cairns. After 6 days, a call is made to follow up as it had not arrived. Apparently, it was misplaced in the Canberra warehouse. I'm told it will be sent express and not to worry. It arrived in Cairns 2 days later, however, I never received it. It has now been in Cairns for 5 days and I still do not have it. I have been told for the last 3 days that it is on the truck and scheduled for delivery between 8am - 5pm each day. Then Im told that it had been involved in a vehicle accident. Customer service is non-existent and the irony of all this is that I fly to Canberra tomorrow and I could have collected it myself.

One star is too high a rating for this company. Twice in one month TNT has lost packages of one of our shipments. Packages get lost within their system with no ability to find it back. Our current shipment was sent again as a pallet. This time TNT has lost 13 out of 14 boxes. We received one box of a pallet. Two weeks later they still have not found the remaining 13 boxes. Stay away from this utterly inept and indifferent company. Just avoid this place. Communication is impossible and no one can be contacted or spoken to other then some overseas call centre who will tell you, you will get a call. This supposed call never happens. Your local depot cannot be contacted as they have no phones. This also counts for the drivers that have no phones, so communication is non existent. What an unbelievably frustrating company to deal with. We will never use TNT again.

Attempted delivery and card left was my email. CCTV is a wonderful tool. Shows no card left, because they never actually came. Shocking service!!

Horrible customer service , even though I called customer service in advance to say I am at home all day pls leave parcel inside of my house or pls notice when courier comes . They said they can’t do nothing about it . Every time I have to drive to tnt station to pick my parcel by myself.

I see I'm not the only one to complain lately. No card left, I was even here!! Shocking service. Our business relies on good delivery service. No contact details for TNT Cairns either. Ridiculous!

worst couriers I have ever used say they delivered but they just sent email saying delivered but I was home all day and waited all day no one came i rang them they said they would redeliver they didn't not trustworthy or reliable

Beyond useless. Offshore / outsourced customer service reps who are hard to hear , even harder to understand are entirely clueless. Always end conversation with "is there anything else I can help you with ?" when they have offered zero help in the first place. Woree Cairns depot not fit for purpose.

Didn't even attempt delivery, just threw card in letter box and drove off. Had to get a friend to drive an hour to pick me and my wheelchair up so I could go pick it up! Disappointing service on the phone as well, didn't even call back! They just don't care at all.
