this business is literally going backwards. Once they were the champions of international shipping & now they do anything right. Last week they told me my online order had not been processed & they would need to issue a refund so i can order a shipment again. I had to advise them this was their issue to fix, not mine. So they fixed it. This week they have a notice on the website stating "no invoices have been issued via email for the last 8 days". Today i get a SMS from Fedex stating i owe $488 for "duties & taxes" but they dont provide an invoice or breakdown of the charges as they are obligated to do. I now need to fix their problem again & ask for an invoice with the itemised "duties & taxes". I wont be using Fedex again, this business has deteriorated significantly

If you have ever seen the "Swift and Shift Couriers' comedy on the TV ...well that's probably how this company operate on the back end. I am trying to arrange re-delivery of my parcel for the last 3 days without success. Totally incompetent staff. Giving them one star because it is the minimum accepted by Google. Otherwise they will get zero.

Driver wrote a rude message "no parking, instant fail* (clearly you have parking as you are able to mail the card into my mail box). I've asked for it to be delivered to a local exchange point, nothing was delivered.. called up several times to find that the package is too big. Promise to sort out redelivery to original address on the same day... And nothing has been delivered. What a Joke!!! The worst postage service ever.

Best $3000-delivery-experience ever in my whole life! I spent 3500 bucks without getting proper delivery service! 1. They started to deliver THREE WEEKS after the expected date. 2. I then took FIVE DAYS OFF wating at home WITHOUT receiving my package. 3. Even though I paid for signature service, they didn't even try to make a call or leave a card. 4. I ended up picking up four big boxes BY MYSELF at their facility which cost me additional 100 bucks for lifts. 5. BTW, $1000 clearance fee was charged for my years-long personal belongings. Highly recommended experience!
