Parcel Notice for non delivery at my house...called them the next day to arrange delivery....they said they would call back....never called....called again next day...they will call back....never called....called 2 weeks later after no calls....they said that the parcel was available for pickup and i would have been called...I wasn't.....just about to go to delivery centre to pick up and they called to tell me the item was at my local drop point.....I give them a 1 start because half stars are not an option

Total shambles! I've been an account holder for 4 months and am moving to another courier! Customer service is non existent! Awful & excruciating procedures for international pick ups! Slow, inconsistent delivery! Fedex is a BAD joke! Use any other courier company! I'd leave zero stars if I could

Fedex priority paid, receive 1 parcel of 2 after delays then told don't know where other is so have half a customers products that were supposed to be here after 3 updates and delays!! no call, no emails even after complaining they said they would email and call within the hour, 2 hours later called them then was told they dont know where parcel is but it maybe at Coomera! so said i would go pick up but nope they couldnt even arrange that. Pathetic service and now no delivery till Monday...........MAYBE!

I ordered a courier from India via FedEx. I am also very late in getting it. And I still don't get it. And when I called customer support for that courier, I didn't get a proper response from there, and that courier was not even delivered to my home. I was charged a considerable fee for this courier, but it is not working accordingly. So I do not recommend anyone to use this company's service.

Wouldn't recommend FedEx for anything urgent to be delivered within the Coomera area! Even though their depot is here, they will leave it to last minute and send you a message saying they have delays. Meanwhile your package has sat in the depot for day's. DHL on the other hand delivered promptly, and even delivered the package on a Sunday! Don't waste your money using them just go straight to DHL, even Australia post can deliver something from WA to Coomera before these guy's can deliver something within the same suburb as their depot!

If you could provide 0 stars it would be useful. Coomera, Qld branch adherence to company policy is non existent and are completely arrogant and ignorantly oblivious to what customer service is and more importantly what freight TNT actually moves. They should try reading their own website. Brand new, oil free, correctly packaged gearbox which they originally delivered from Sydney without issue now is unable to be sent interstate as 'they don't transport car parts'...what a useless bunch to have representing a business. Best way to grow your competitors business is to do what you're doing!!

I received a message on Monday to expect my parcel on a Friday..which suited me to be there to accept it.. it was earlier on a Wednesday when they arrived when I wasn't there... another message informed me that I could now pick up from their depot ... not so bad I guess .. I couldn't find anything on their website about opening times but I stupidly assumed they would be able to help me at 7.45am .. there were people working there but a sign said open for the public at 9.30...I had to kill almost 2 hrs which was annoying ... I will say however when I returned to the Molendiner depot, Chris was pleasantly helpful and courteous

Unprofessional and very poor useless delivery service. I updated my delivery details for delivery over a week ago and receiving text messages informing me my package was with a TNT driver, I still have NOT received my package, I have called TNT everyday to chase my package whereabouts and details of delivery, everytime I call noone seems to no where my package is, Im given the run around of people apologising and telling me they will follow up, I still have not received my package. I would NEVER recommend using this delivery service, they are very rude, unprofessional, unreliable and overall my entire experience has been nothing but disgraceful and shameful.

Absolute shambles, I have been trying to set up an account for 3 months now, their online portal doesn't work. Are quiet happy for you to waste your time setting up a FedEx account that won't let you ship within Australia. They have lost 30k worth of business in the last 3 months and I am still trying to find a freight company.
