Damian and the team are not only consummate professionals, but also genuinely caring people who get the job done promptly with kindness, respect and consideration. Damian also provided follow-up to make sure that I was happy and to let me know that I can reach out for help or advice at any time ( I personally really appreciated that.) As a family we feel that he came to our rescue when we felt stranded on the highway in what felt the middle of nowhere to us, in the dark of night in brisk conditions. At all times he made us feel assured that things would be okay, and his calming affect really help us through a tough ordeal. This guy literally went miles out of his way to get us safely back to where we needed to get to. I recently had TNT Towing transport my car a good couple of hours between locations and I was very impressed with the care they took with my car. I broke down on the highway on the way to Brisbane, thankfully I only got to woodburn. They were so lovely with helping me. Greg was kind. He dropped me and the car off at Grafton electrics and wished me luck. Thank god it’s not a big issue to fix but I would’ve been panicking about how to get back to town if it wasn’t for these guy

Had an unfortunate breakdown on the Pacific Motorway just outside Grafton earlier this afternoon. Called 24/7 Roadservices who arranged for the above tow service to assist. He (sorry didnt get his name) arrived 60mins later & efficiently went about his biz to tow our car into Grafton. After towing our car to the workshop, he was very obliging to give us a lift nearby without hesitation. Thank you Damian and your team, late afternoon on Sunday 26/2/2023, I went bush in my Suzuki Vitara and had a leak sprung from the clutch master, unable to do track side repairs I was able to get the car towed out by another vehicle (lucky I was within 3kms of the main road and had reception) once getting out I was met with a tow truck driver (I forgot his name) but nothing was to much to do the car got loaded and back at home it was unloaded exactly where I needed it, I couldn’t recommend these guys anymore the service is fast, efficient, friendly and affordable
