I feel sorry for men in workshops who feel the need to belittle a woman when she walks in. Went in for a regas for the aircon to betold the gov restrictions meant he had to diagnose for $65 to workout what was wrong and wouldn't just regas. He pretty much said I needed a major repair without even looking at the car. Further to that he belittled the source of where I got the car. His words were untrue and quite frankly disrespectful to me, the seller and even to himself. What a wan ker. I grew up in a mechanics and auto electricians, I know my way around cars, to think cause I walk in in a skirt doesn't mean I should be treated as someone with no idea, and should be spoken to in such a patronising tone. Ill take my bucks elsewhere. So much for supporting local businesses. Pass.

I was travelling from Sydney to Cairns with my car Nissan X-TRAIL and I heard a bad noisy from the motor. It was a public holiday so I past the night at Nambucca and at 8 o'clock I went to this garage. Not really confident because I don't know where this noisy came from and far from my family. When I arrived, I saw a member of the staff. I've kept the noisy on my phone so, I was listening to the staff and directly he knew that sound was really really bad. 2 hours after, the staff TNT called me and told me that It was alternator. Directly I had 2 prices for this problem. It was a good call from the staff member to change all the parts. 2 hours after the garage has received the parts. And at the end of the day, all the parts were changed. After a quick drive by the staff TNT, he told me to come back tomorrow just for checking the direction of my wheels. It was a bad noisy also. The next day, I went again to the garage. 1 hour after, it was all the right direction at changing. We couldn't stay more at Nambucca, because we had a long travel to Cairns. Therefore, the owner called for the last parts, and at the end of afternoon, my car was pretty good! Good call again from a really good staff members!!! I did not expect it !! I recommended for all the travelers in that way, if something happens, don't panic because TNT is nearly!!! Quick, professionalism, kind, available, good call, good job, good staff. Good experience!!! Thanks heaps to all the staff member for looking after my old car!!!

Can't fault these guys. Trevor and the team are very thorough and know their stuff. We had some major cooling system issues recently and TNT Auto Sparks identified and repaired all faults in great time and at a very reasonable cost. We recommend TNT Auto Sparks for all log book services, auto electrical and mechanical repairs and 4x4 accessory fitment. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else (we have tried the rest and are now with the best).

Biggest rip offs in nambucca, charged me $120 to tell me my rear power window switches didn't work so I bought new window switches & installed them, rear windows still didn't work so I took my car to a different auto electrician within 5 minutes they diagnosed that it wasn't the window switches, it was actually a broken wire in the door & diagnosed it for free, I rung trevor & explained the situation & asked for a refund as they charged me $120 for a wrong diagnoses, trevor said he would not refund me, so now I Am getting in touch with the department of fair trading. I wouldn't recommend these crooks. Total rip offs, not professional & very over rated. Must be their friends writing the reviews they are not compassionate at all. BEWARE....
