Dan and the Team are absolutely amazing ! From the front of house customer service to the guys on the tools and the quality /price of the repairs is Awesome! Dan has worked on many of our vehicles and we trust the quality reasonably priced work ! To be able to have all mechanical work and Body shop work done at one spot is so convenient! Recently we had our Mercedes diagnosed by Mercedes and quoted $2600 for the repair and $380 for the diagnosis ! We thought we would see what Dan reckons The team completed diagnostic and repair immediately and for less than half ! Great work TNT I have more of our vehicles coming your way ! Credit to you

My recent example with TNT was some what of quality. Had a new door replacement had to take back three times to re a-line. A passenger side door dent repair the electrics to the door & air bag disconnected after repair. Had / have an issue with windscreen wipers blowing a fuse. They initially couldn't trace the fault but, after a call with me where I indicated the issue may be, they were able to 'fix' it at a cost of $200+. A few weeks later, the fuse blew again. Took it back and after about 10 minutes, the issue was 'fixed' again. Another few weeks, the fuse blew again. Took it back and this time the fix cost me another $100+, even though the fix was around the area of the initial problem. I queried the bill to be told it was a different issue. Has it really been fixed this time...time will tell. Yep, not happy.

Will never use again. Spent as much money as the car was worth. Bad communication , no update on work done or costings, rude office worker. Had to take car to another mechanic to fix problems that they created. Maby ok for a simple oil change but hopeless at fault finding .

If there was an award for the most pain-free car repair business then TNT should win the blue ribbon. I presented them with a clanking, knocking, probably dangerous car, and drove out the following day in the same vehicle, but it felt brand new. They went to the trouble of sourcing the most reasonably priced part that they could find, to try to save me money and gave me valuable advice on the best way to tackle possible future problems in order of priority. I dealt with three people while I was there. Firstly a lovely warm young woman at reception called Tessa, very charming and helpful. She made me feel like a person rather than just another punter worrying about the price of the repair bill. Very kind nature and an asset to the business. Secondly, the owner’s wife, Serena who was good enough to give me a lift home, saving me a $44 taxi fare. Sorry the journey wasn’t longer, because it was such a pleasure chatting with this intelligent, observant and amusing woman. Gave me hope that my car was in good hands as well, because in my experience owners and bosses tend to hire people that reflect the better parts of their own natures. Which brings me to my mechanic, Jack, and to those reading this review who really only want to know if the mechanic is up to the job, then rest assured that he is. Jack is a very competent, professional and honest man. He was extremely helpful and sympathetic (unusual qualities in the mechanics I’ve known ) and got to the reason for the problem I was having in just a few minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing, didn’t try to stretch out the labour time, and repaired my car as quickly as he could considering the part I needed had to be couriered from Perth. He is also a well mannered person who took the trouble to introduce himself before he diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a clear understandable way, with not a hint of the condescension sometimes shown by mechanics to women. If you’re having issues with your car, even if you’re in Perth or Bunbury then it’s worth while taking the drive to TNT. Mandurah residents are very lucky to have such honest competent mechanics so close to them. Thanks Serena, Tessa and Jack. My car is running beautifully and I didn’t need to take out a second mortgage to pay for the repairs. Highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their car fixed by people who know what they’re doing and who work in a timely and well-priced way. Thank you
