TNT Stonemason were a dream to work with! I needed a replacement stone vanity top as the one initially ordered from another vendor was the wrong size. Michael was so prompt in coming out to measure, advising on the best option and then completing the job perfectly! Michael even went above and beyond to help align and fit the doors and draws on the vanity for me. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding! Really appreciated the work Michael and his team did and couldn't recommend them more! Thank you!

Very welcoming and has a wide selection of stones and colours to choose from. Very informative when explaining the different stone types, colours, dimensions etc. They are also very reasonable with pricing. Very satisfied with my experience and the job they completed for me! Nhu done a fantastic job on our stone, we did the kitchen, vanities, pantry, and laundry. He's workmanship is excellent, using RHF brand, and are very happy with it. We would highly recommend NTL .

While l didn't have a problem with their installation, l did later... It seemed everything l put on it left marks /and stains that l could not get rid of with simple soap and water , this was stressing me out...it was supposed to be STAIN FREE....after complaining to NTL they did contact their supplier, 'Ambassador stone" their rep came to check the problem...it seemed the way NTL 'cleaned' it , after installation was the cause of the problem..(so the rep said , at this stage l wasn't sure )...some WEEKS later, and with countless calls from me to Ambassador the rep did come to give my bench a good clean with a foam to remove the substance NTL had put on ...it seemed the reason it had taken so long to get done was that NTL did not claim to be responsible, and tried to say l left it too long to complain about it...I had the stone bench installed at the end of Oct, and called them just before the Xmas break less than 2 mths later and accepted to work something out after the holidays...so NTL 2 mths in my book is NOT a long time especially when it has a 10 yrs warranty.... it seems once they have your money that is it...they don't care anymore....The work Ambassador did was good, it did solve the problem so far (5 days later ) seems installers need better training on their 'final clean.'... UPDATE....Now just on a yr after , it got a crack on the benchtop and again, calls were unanswered , sent email, then he basically said that the job was done and now they are NOT able to help me any further...when emailed about the warranty..they again are left unanswered. So be WARNED ,...Do not hire them.....
