I love buying off the new trend ! Great customer service and very quick delivery. I recently purchased The Alexander wang body con tank. Its an amazing ribbed fabric. It is firm but still has a great stretch to it which is great because I don't have to wear anything underneath! It's a perfect length and is not too cropped!

Lauren at TNT is amazing! My daughter and I hadn’t had much luck looking for formal dresses until we walked into TNT! We were greeted warmly by our stylist we got to know called Lauren who spent nearly an hour helping my daughter find the perfect dress and accessories that made her look gorgeous for her year 12 formal! Lauren was so patient and and made my daughter feel fabulous! Lauren spent the time to listen to my daughter and read her figure and found quite a few dresses she could choose from! We could have bought more there were many beautiful dresses to choose from. We loved our whole experience in the store and will head straight there first next time we are looking for that special outfit! Thanks Lauren!

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No acknowledgement when walking in, even though there was barely anyone in the store. I asked the employee if what was on the racks were the only stock they have, to which all I received was a 'yes', and her not even looking up from her computer screen. I then asked if they were getting more stock in to which she replied 'no', again not even the slightest acknowledgment. She spent the whole time looking at the computer screen and didn't look up once. I honestly cannot believe this employee has a job. I will never ever be going back to this store again. Also, no employees had masks on at all.

Gorgeous dress but sadly a size too small and I didn’t read the terms and conditions of sale prior to buying. Couldn’t even exchange for a size that fits me so now I have a $400 dress I cannot wear. I understand a no refund policy but not exchanging for a different size or a credit note I feel is a bit rough especially considering there a some higher end priced pieces. Wouldn’t risk shopping her again sadly.

Ordered online. The top was a very tight fit despite the online description being "true to size". My return request was rejected with reason being "see return policy". Looked it up and apparently they don't do return or exchanges on sale items. Beware if you're considering buying sale items online from this seller as returns policy are not clear.

Awful customer service, the staff were so rude. We were not greeted and employees chatted amongst themselves the whole time and didn't help me when I needed assistance in the change room, despite numerous attempts to try and get their attention. 100% agree with previous comments that staff had a lazy attitude. Found a pair of jeans I love (and have bought from the store previously), but decided to take my business elsewhere after being ignored the entire time. Also none of the staff members in the store were wearing a mask despite the current Victorian guidelines.

I have never reviewed a store but I felt compelled after my experience yesterday. The ladies that helped me find a number of outfits were amazing, I've not had customer service like that before. They were helpful and enthusiastic without being pushy. They found things that suited me that I never would have picked up and am now in love with. They also have GREAT sales. After walking High Street all day, they were the absolute stand out. Will be back. Lots. Love your work!!

I recently purchased a pair of Common Projects via The New Trend without any prior knowledge of their services or what they offered. The shoes I were after in my particular size are extremely rare to come by so after I saw these in stock on their website I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did! The New Trend's online service is incredibly efficient (I received my order within two days of placing the order and I'm based in Sydney). The personal note from the team was also a great touch. I will definitely be purchasing from the New Trend in the near future and look forward to purchasing in store next time I'm in Melbourne.
