Not impressed with your service at all! Countless times i've called the office to give times on when goods are to be delivered and not once has it worked - always have to redeliver. Fire up guys. Oh and keep your phones open until 5pm so we can ring and track shipments when they are failed to be delivered.

Never seem to be able to find our parcels. Friendly enough service but when you live an hour from town you don’t appreciate having to go to a place 2 or 3 times to pick up something they can’t find after phoning to say it’s there.

I've come home from work to $2000 parcels sitting in the middle of my driveway in plain sight in the middle of town. Every time I go to the depot to pick something up, I'm always there for ages because nobody can find it. Wrong consignment numbers written on cards so I can't book to have it redelivered. Nobody ever checks my ID upon pickup, anyone could just grab a card out of a mailbox and go get your parcel. Shuts the same time as I finish work... Need I go on?

I would like to recognise the delivery driver for TNT in Gympie who went out of his way to redeliver a package for my wife. Unfortunately I don't know his name but it was the driver who had to deliver a package in Jones Hill on the 07 October 2020. While we were at the GP for my wife in Cooroy, I received a notice that we missed a delivery. I rang the driver and explained that we were at the doctors in preparation for a hospital/specialist visit the next day 08 October. As this was her birthday present it was disappointed that we had missed it, when I told the driver that is was her 60 birthday present he told me that he would do his best to be back in Gympie late afternoon but couldn't promise it. Well I tell you, he was there late afternoon to redeliver my wife's highly anticipated birthday present - what a fantastic service. I see that TNT Gympie has only a two star rating, we must have been lucky all these years as we have never had a problem and yes we had many deliveries in this period that we live in Gympie. So a BIG thank you to the driver who went out of his way to redeliver the same day and made my wife very happy being it her 60 birthday.

Several times in the past 2 years I have had parcels just crammed into the letterbox that didn't fit and left for anyone to take including a large parcel dumped just inside the gate worth several hundred dollars anyone could have taken no attempt to deliver to the door highly unprofessional
