If you are looking for a phenomenal Coach and training regime, teamed with an amazing group of members, then TNT Group Training is for you. It is a really fun way to get fit, improve your mental health and exercise with like minded people who are soo supportive of one another to achieve your goals. Ben who runs and own TNT Group Training is passionate about health and fitness and is equally as passionate in helping each individual member achieve their fitness goals. The classes are pre planned by Ben, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Even those with injuries are catered to, so you get the best out of your workout. I couldn’t recommend this gym more. 11/10 Ben! Well done

Highly recommend TNT - Ben is awesome trainer, looks after you and helps keep you on track. Positive, supportive atmosphere. Great body workout, variety of circuits to keep moving and works every muscle in your body, hurts at the time but feel great afterwards. Definitely a thumbs up from me 👍🏼
