I suggest providing a proper local customer service number. The number on the website is not a genuine Australian number and it is even more suspicious as the same number appears against all service centers - smells like a scam website. You could also just call me direct given there appears to be an issue.

Cannot contact the depot , nobody answers the phone or replies to E-Mails , they have had our parcel at the reciving depot at Arundel for 4 days , it only has to go to Yatala 20kms away. FFS deliver the bloody parcel

Don't leave a tracked item for 2 days with no updates. My item is still showing the same thing as it was 2 days ago. Still located in Sydney. Still scheduled for delivery today, and I'm about 5-6 hours drive away, depending on the driver and the vehicle they're driving.
