delivery was meant to be to my house. advised by text there would be a delay. notified by email a week later that it is at the depot for pickup. Choice of 3 locations but not stipulated which location. Spoke to IT - useless. This is very poor service.

Package has been sitting at the Ballarat repair shop since Monday 30th June and NO ONE is able to take any accountability as to why it still (as of today) TOLL has not collected the item from Ballarat to be delivered back to Narre Warren - I have had no microwave since May.

Help Line totally incompetent, after parcel ordered, pickup & sent 13 days ago. Finally then losing parcel at Brisbane and then ignored that parcel was another 2 days late and admitting that parcel was lost.
