It is possible to Cycle solo from Melbourne to Perth in 11 days ... I am still have not received my goods sent via hunter express after 30 days ...So someone on a push bike could of ridden to Perth from Melbourne forgot the package altogether ridden back to Melbourne to fetch it and then ridden back to Perth all the while using only a push bike and i would have got my package faster.... You can also Forget trying to contact them they only have automated messages that send you in circles and the tracking app is a load of rubbish .. Hunter Express more like Hunt for another company 1 Star because they don't allow Zero

Very poor service & very long I called when my 5-7 business day delivery hasn't arrived more than 2 weeks (12 business days). After some clever detective work to find a real phone number and jump through some more hoops on their automated phone menu, I managed to speak to a real human who sounded like she couldn't get off the phone quick enough and was of no help other than to say deliveries had been delayed! They were not able to provide an estimate of when my delivery could be expected. No better off, I continued to wait....

I read all the bad reviews on here while waiting on my delivery. I wasn't feeling too optimistic for a speedy delivery but that's exactly what I got. Item arrived early, tracking was great after it was out on delivery from depot. Happy customer here.

Hunter Express Delivery was amazing! I received emails throughout the morning notifying me of the status of my delivery and I even received a call from the driver when he was 10 minutes away! I'm disappointed I didn't get the driver's name because he was an absolute delight! So friendly and helpful! I couldn't have had a better experience, thank you!

Would rate 0 stars if possible. The service Hunter Express provided was slow and overly Automated making any contact impossible. Additional fees applied as soon as they had to rectify any issues (not my fault). I do not recommend this company's service. Terrible!

Ordered a TV unit online. I was a bit concerned with delivery from a third party courier but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Hunter Express not only delivered my item, they also re directed to another address, which was MY mistake not theirs and they kindly changed the delivery address. Plus a lady from Hunter Express called me to let me know my item was nearly ready to be delivered. Can't say thankyou enough to Hunter Express. Poor, poor service. Been waiting for a delivery for more than 2 weeks. Their call centre keeps you on the phone for more than 20 minutes (with several robots taking you through "press 1, press 2 etc." And then they simply disconnect you. Really sad as I am waiting for my 10 year old boy's Christmas gift. :( Shocking!!!!!

If I could give a lower score I would. I called got told yes closes at 6 pm drive there arrive at 3.10 and find out it's shut already. They couldn't deliver to my door either had to collect from depot not happy with this service at all. The company using this service will also have a poor review.

Warehouse + delivery staff were friendly and helpful. However there is no Perth phone number and they never called me or sent text message, despite being told several times that they would. There is also no phone number on the website that I could find. Communication problems meant I had to pick it up myself. Have to be proactive and call the east office using the number here on google. East office lady was polite and helpful, but ultimately could not assist in getting the package delivered.

Avoid this company at all costs and any company that uses them shouldnā€™t! We have been waiting a week and a half for a package that has been in canning vale only 10 minutes from our home! Have asked as to stay home for 4 days and every day they are ā€œout of timeā€ all though one of the days after they said they where out of time 45min later another hunter express truck rocked up with a different package we ordered! Why where both orders with the one delivery driver? Why would you pay two delivery drivers to come to the one address is beyond me and a good way to waste money and time! When we called to find out what is going on we spoke with eastern state people who where rude and unapologetic to the situation and eventually just hung up on us! Companyā€™s using hunter express shouldnā€™t as you will be leaving yourself open for bad reviews also! I hope to never have to use them again!!

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Had bought furniture that was supposed to be delivered with hunter express. First piece was supposed to arrive at 11am, I was waiting at home until 2pm until it finally arrived. Second delivery was scheduled for July 5th, and for over a week after the due date it was still saying "scheduled for delivery on July 5th". When the tracking finally updated the delivery to July 11th, 10.45 am, I stayed home from work. Throughout the day, the delivery got postponed to later and later, until at 4pm, it eventually disappeared and simply said "delivery is rescheduled". When calling the customer service, the lady on the phone was incredibly unfriendly, and just said "it is rescheduled for tomorrow, I cannot confirm it will actually arrive tomorrow either, you will just have to wait and see if it does". Can absolutely not recommend!

I received an email first thing in the morning, saying my delivery will come at 1pm then it changed to 3.45pm then changed to 5.45pm then changed to 7.09pm then its changed to 9.30pm I dont know how to contact the company, i have a 15 month old baby at home i coudlnt leave the house i am also 29 weeks pregnant my husband is fifo i am exhausted and i have to stay up waiting for a delivery this is shocking and i would like a full refund of delivery my item is from fantastic furniture and i will be letting them know their delivery company they are using is shocking

This was a surprise, the delivery was on-time and I was sent an email to notify me the driver was on his way. The email gave me an option to request driver to leave it if I wasn't home. The driver left the package in a really good spot out of view from the street and was very happy. I was sent 2 photos of the delivery location after delivery had been made. Great Job HunterExpress!! was definitely not expecting this šŸ˜ Keep up the good work. Delivery Number was AIM186919 so you can send my thanks onto the driver!!

Aside from sitting in the receivable depot for 3 days, the service wasnā€™t too bad. I was extremely concerned with the hundreds of 1 star ratings, but my personal experience is that customer service was friendly but vague with expected delivery timelines (was told to just give it a few more days even though it was several days past the due date), the online tracking leaves much to be desired with details of where your order actually is, and all the ETA times changing when the updated times pass by, but delivery guy was also friendly and helpful with the heavy items. Iā€™ve had orders from China received earlier and quicker so the $150 express charges are definitely not worth it. If given the choice when ordering online, I probably wouldnā€™t use Hunter Express again.

I wasn't home (in Perth) and I wasn't given any options to leave it in a shop or the Post Office or anything. To explain, my apartment doorbell is linked to my phone and my phone to my car radio. When I was driving the delivery man pressed my apartment doorbell which rang my phone. He said he was outside waiting to deliver my package. I said I wasnā€™t home and could he take the package to the nearest post office or a local shop or anything? He said no we donā€™t have that option. Had to wait for a call back to make another delivery attempt. No ā€˜Missed Deliveryā€ card left, no way to know a delivery was attempted, no way to contact. The delivery guy was very polite and accommodating though :) A couple of days later I got a callback and agreed redelivery on Friday MORNING! Chased them up about 14:00 and told delivery laterā€¦. Got my package before 16:00. Again a very polite chap but way late. šŸ¤”šŸ˜³

I have submitted a request to call prior to delivery, no call. Rang them and left a number to call again, prior to delivery no call again and missed delivery 2nd time. Shocking service in this day and age, when all they had to do is call a mobile number I left them with to let me know they are delivering so someone can be available to open gate, as I am not home. Not only that, where is says to submit request it does not even work?

Your "Hunter tracking number "doesn't even work. Besides, there is nothing "fast" or "express" about your service. I ordered several items from Italy and other European countries as well as the United States of America. They were twice as fast compared to you to deliver the items. You are pathetic! In any other developed country, you guys would be finished a long time ago. Avoid doing business with this bunch of incompetents, if you can.

Having had the terrible experience shared by most over Christmas I was dreading this second delivery via spotlight, however, I have been so pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery (same route as previous that took 6 weeks) and the constant updates and tracking. 5 out of 5 for turning my whole experience around! keep it up :)

Rude delivery driver. Didnā€™t even try to deliver as we saw him drive away without stopping. He then tried to lie about the delivery before making an excuse that there was too much traffic. When I called customer service to rebook, the operator was rude and kept on talking over me. She just wanted to get rid of me. Talk about bad experiences.

The service from them is appalling and the rudeness when and if you can get them on the phone is just as bad. I am unsure how they are still on business.

If there is a negative star rating, I am more than happy to give it to them. Customer service was bad. Few items were misdirected to Tasmania instead of getting sent to Perth. Lady on the phone wasn't helpful, said it was system error. I guess they don't have any staff who can read the address on the items. Guess that's why they only have one star. I wonder why they are still being used by sellers.

I donā€™t really write reviews, but feel so strongly about the terrible service Iā€™m doing one for Hunter Express. Ordered a rug, from Sydney to Perth. Itā€™s been a month since it was shipped and I still havenā€™t seen it. According to the tracking it was then shipped again from Sydney 2 weeks later. Tried to call, no numbers are listed anywhere. Sent emails, crickets. At this stage I doubt Iā€™ll receive my parcel. How can you possibly operate a business like this?
