If negative scores were possible, I would give them. A fraudulent company that only delivers lies. Why does such a company even exist? And would any businesses choose to use it? The delivery for two pieces of furniture cannot be located, and there's no evidence of their presence, despite claiming to have come.The company's phone is never answered, those who left 5-star reviews must be really lucky.

Things faster than Hunter 'Express': Human Gestation, The Orbital Period of Saturn, Moses finding his way out of the desert. Packages seem to just sit in the depot, with runs listed that seem to actually not exist. If you do manage to speak to a person, they won't even give a time frame for delivery. If you're a business and actually care about return customers, or customer satisfaction, literally any other courier company is better. Couriers Please, Star-Track, even Carrier Pigeons would be five stars compared to Hunter Express.

If there is 0 star available on google Iā€™ll definitely give them they are the worst courier company I have ever seen. My parcel is in depot since last Tuesday and ETA was on Thursday but they couldnā€™t deliver it because of staff shortage which is completely understandable it happens some time but on Monday morning I just randomly checked tracking which showed me that driver left a card for redelivery I was shocked because I was at home since morning and nobody came then I checked my letter box and there was nothing that means driver didnā€™t even come to my house. So literally called them and told them whole story but they donā€™t care so reschedule delivery for next day didnā€™t arrived because they donā€™t have much deliveries for the area so they canā€™t deliver I mean wow what a service.please I beg to shops and customers please do not use this courier service I canā€™t even understand how come this kind of courier services are active in Australia.

Prefer from temple and Webster 7 weeks ago first order never arrived advised TW and they sent the item again and today 3 weeks later received and email saying there is an issue with delivery!! Personally I will no longer use Hunter express for two reasons, I havenā€™t had any of these issues with other carriers 1) Goods are being damaged far too often. Recently Improved packaging above standard but still find away to destroy our goods 2) Adjustment invoices on a regular basis although we ensure we weigh, measure and book jobs correctly. We also always round up measurements and weight. Still get invoiced. For small business working on small margins these two factors really affect us Itā€™s come to a point where customers wonā€™t buy our product and demand a refund when they find out we were using Hunter express to deliver

Contacted the sender who assured all was picked up at the same time. Hunter Express contact No. doesn't get onto a real person and now I don't know who to contact!! Very poor service, steer clear.

Hunter Express must be responsible for the vaccine roll out across the country. A company who definitely doesn't know its arse from its elbow. I genuinely think the Hogwarts Express would have been a better form of transit or owl by that matter. If you genuinely really dislike someone or have a personal vendetta against a company I would highly recommend using Hunter Express otherwise it's quicker to get an exemption to leave Australia, collect your goods and walk them to your destination.

Bed frame arrived a week late and so far only one of 2 packages delivered. I will not use the supplier (Tommy Swiss) again or anyone else that uses Hunter Express. This has taught me to check which courier company is used before ordering online. Beware : it turns out that the bad reviews are accurate!

Not they are not answering my calls be aware this company will take you money and against Australian consumer Law give no services. I will never use E go couriers or hunter express again and have a lot of viral reviews to write.

I would have given the star in negative if I could. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this delivery company during a sofa delivery, and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare. My experience with them was nothing short of disastrous, and I deeply regret having to deal with such an unprofessional and unreliable service. Initially, when I made the purchase, the website displayed a seemingly reasonable delivery charge of $133 for the sofa. However, later on after purchasing they demanded an additional $100, bringing the total delivery cost to an exorbitant $233, which was half the price of the sofa itself. The delivery experience was an utter nightmare. The delivery driver displayed rudeness and negligence when he carelessly dropped the 60 kg sofa from the truck. To my disbelief, he refused to assist me in carrying the heavy item to my third-floor apartment, even though I had paid a significant delivery charge for their supposed service. This lack of assistance and consideration for the customer was completely unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience with this delivery company was truly nightmarish, and I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment by steering clear of this unreliable and unprofessional service.

There are no words to express my level of disgust for this company. I ordered a "fast shipping" dining table shipped through them over 3.5 weeks ago and have still only received two-thirds of my dining table!!!! I've called a dozen times and 1) no one can give an ETA 2) customer service won't allow me to speak to a manager or warehouse manager 3) no one returns phone calls with updates 4) they won't refund me for the delivery despite being 19 days past the original ETA. By far the worst service I have ever experienced in any industry.

Overall, I give Hunter Express a perfect score because of the way they acknowledge to all inquiries like the photo attached, the professionalism of Jasmin and her team, especially Alvira, Nicky, Aruba, Sarah, and I can't remember if her name was Debbie. The weakest link so far is Adora but I'm not going to deduct 1 star just because 1 person failed to do what she promised to do.

As i am huge fan of online shopping, having my items delivered to my door in a reasonable time frame and having them delivered and not having a card being left to say ā€œsorry we missed youā€ is what is most important to me! I get so frustrated when i order online, pay for delivery then i have to go and pick it up! With hunter express it was my first time using them and i was waiting on my sons 1st birthday present and the driver was so professional and friendly that he actually called when he knocked on my door and no one answered and told me that my delivery was here! I then instructed him where to leave my delivery and was so grateful i didnā€™t have to go and pick up the item myself! Would HIGHLY recommend going with Hunter Express!! This is the worst delivery service I have experienced. They delayed my package at their warehouse for no reason, after 3 days I started calling everyday and they would give me a different delivery date. After a week the delivery guy called me and asked me to come pick up the package from inside his truck, this was a bed frame btw, where is that done? I explained that I canā€™t possibly get a bed frame out of a truck on any day, he said it was company policy and he couldnā€™t bring out the bed because it was heavy. I canā€™t believe the ridiculousness, the delivery guy eventually brought it down and into my building after much talk just to get what I want. The package arrived with damages, I havenā€™t opened it yet to see that the content is intact.

Timeline of events so far 13-7-21: Ordered online 15-7-21: Scanned into Hunter Express depot 19-7-21: Expected delivery date 21-7-21: informed that package delayed but will arrive by 24-7-21 guaranteed 24-7-21: package not delivered. Contacted Hunter express again and told that package will arrive on 26-7. They have escalated and commenced further 'investigation' ..... 26-7-21: Package still not arrived. Hunter express said package will arrive by 28-7 28-7-21: no package. Hunter express said that package in depot but unsure of location 29-7-21: Hunter express cannot confirm if package is lost or of package location. Driver sent and still package not found. Will not officially declare package lost and therefore I cannot get a refund 30-7-21: Staff unclear of details of package and have no idea where package is 1-8-21: Staff still do not know where product is. Unwilling to declare it lost but also have no ETA. Cannot even guarantee it will arrive by the end of this month..... 4-8-21: Still no luck....... 13th of August today: I have received most of my money back as they have finally declared the parcel lost as it has been over a month. To be honest, this company has somehow snuck its way into continued existence. Disappointed in myself for not reading any of the reviews of shipping companies prior to order but I've never even considered shipping to be a problem in the past.

When I requested them to deliver the next day, they simply said they won't be able to deliver until next week while I was waiting for the parcel for a week! Had my parcel dropped off without any notification or call and left unattended way too outside the building premesis & near the main street. There is a elevator and Iā€™m sure the delivery persons are using trolleyā€¦so why not be professional and deliver at least outside his door itā€™s only 1 floor and elevator available but instead they leave it outside in the rain or where someone can easily steal . completely useless not even interested in trying to deliver a prompt or quality service live tracking is a complete scam displaying only the location of my own home on the map (as if I was unaware of this myself) and the window of delivery they give you requires you to sit around anxiously for days on end hoping that today might be the 12 hr window that they will rock up in. Of course if you are to deliver such a terrible service it does make perfect sense that they then would blatantly ignore all attempts you could possibly make to contact them to discuss any issues with them. Currently over 50 "missed calls" deep after being ignored via their online messaging platform as well as via email searching for a response as to where my $4500 TV is being either stored or transported too.

The fact that Google does not allow me to give zero stars or even a -1 is the only reason why this review has 1 star to begin with. Itā€™s the worst service Iā€™ve ever seen. They didnā€™t deliver on the promised date. Disappeared for days with no updates and then reappeared at the most inconvenient moment without even a heads up. Everyone at this company needs a course on how business works and the expectations of customers. Provide people with updates. Message them when youā€™re heading to their house. Answer your phones. Update the status of deliveries on the website and deliver on the date that was scheduled. I almost missed the delivery altogether. But when it finally arrived they sent 1 delivery person to deliver a package that is more than 70kg and expected we would have someone to ā€œhelpā€ them. When confronted about they had the audacity to argue ā€œthatā€™s how the service worksā€. A service only works if it serves the customer and from all the reviews Iā€™ve seen here I can safely say you should not be allowed to have a service interacting with people on a daily basis.

Iā€™ve been waiting for 2 weeks for items that I paid for next day delivery for, other order (placed after the initial order) was delivered in perfect time. This other order has been ā€˜held for processingā€™ repeated time. They have informed me multiple times that it will be delivered the next day and itā€™s not. Canā€™t call customer service as it is a prerecorded message loop then hangs up on you. Terrible service.

Worst ever experience! The reviews are correct this company really needs new management and rebuild from ground up. To Mark the CEO would love for you to see this.. as a restructuring of the business model is required feel free to get in contact and can tell you what a customer would expect. For my experience the delivery drivers must be lazy and say they have come to deliver and left card but in fact donā€™t.. i have wasted three full days staying at home for the deliveryā€¦.Iā€™m sure there is more to the story and to why they do this.. probably over booked/worked. Trying to contact them = Extremely hard to get in contact with Hunter express as they only provide a number they donā€™t answer and a postal address.. the website needs attention and driver tracking would be nice. I wouldnā€™t recommend using hunter express until they improve and become a reliable transport company.

I think that a regulator & their insurance company auditors should be looking for answers to these questions. Where are they? You canā€™t tell me that all of these negative reviews havenā€™t been brought to the attention of the authorities. Thereā€™s probably a whole 4 corners story in this company. This so called business, runs like a front for another organisation, not like a reputable transport company. They must be making some money to stay afloat. Theyā€™re certainly not making much transporting & delivering peopleā€™s goods. Neither are their customers that have to replace the items when they fail to deliver or deliver items damaged.

Poor management and internal communication. I was advised that I would receive an email or text with the estimated time of arrival. I received an unexpected call one Friday advising me my package was at the door. I responded that I was at work and did not receive any courtesy email or text. The courier said that they would return the next day around the same time. I tried to call the centre to arrange a scheduled time for delivery. I had no luck after waiting 20 minutes on the line. I waited all day and no courier. On Sunday a different courier called and advised he had arrived at the door. Again I was not home and did not expect any deliveries on a Sunday. I advised this courier that the previous courier had advised me someone would come around on the Saturday and I waited all day. Apparently no such message was passed on. I ended up picking the parcel at the Casula warehouse after work Monday.

I was at home all day and had given permission for the item to be left in a safe place if I was not home. I asked for it to be left under my car port. I live in a battle axe block with a long driveway. Every other driver has the skills to drive down it. Nobody rang the door despite me being home. I find my very heavy rug was left at the top of the drive way just by the street. Could have easily been stolen. I have Multiple Sclerosis and had to dragged it down the driveway myself. Thanks for nothing. Just pure laziness.

My bulk item was delivered very quickly in a couple business days and the person from hunter express was very polite and lent me his trolley. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Worst transporter. Eventually had to drive an hour to their depot in Casula to go and get my long overdue package, or else it would still be there. Stay away from any company that uses Hunter Express for their deliveries. BTW - could have walked from Melbourne to Sydney with the package, faster than they took

Quiet possibly the worst service I've had from ANY company of any kind. - Can't get items delivered on time. - Tracking system doesn't work. - We get other peoples items dropped at our door instead of ours (from completely different suburbs and names). - Can't get hold of anyone at the company to resolve or ask questions. - Driver lies when asked what's going on... How are these people still in business? - The tracking portal didn't work - We had no idea when the product was due. The tracking portal didn't work. - We rang the company who we purchased the products from and their response was "no one is answering the phone, so we've emailed and 'hoping' for a response". - When it arrived, we were 4 boxes short. We were given 3 OTHER customers boxes on top of our delivery (from different brands, different name, address AND mobile - so no idea how he associated them with us). - We couldn't get hold of anyone at Hunter Express when we called. - The company we've purchased the products from managed to get hold of someone via email *2 days later*, who said "they'd fix it". - Today, another delivery arrived with 1 item (still missing 3 boxes) and the driver wasn't aware they were to pick up other customers boxes. I asked him to re-assure me he was off to deliver the boxes to the other people (who are 10 minutes down the road) and he said "maybe". - I asked him where the remaining boxes were and he told me "he saw them in the warehouse this morning", when i asked him if he'd go back to the warehouse and get them to me today, his response was "they might arrive in the warehouse in the next few days, I don't know".

Sad excuse of a company. Ordered from fantastic furniture, they are the chosen courier. Took almost 3 weeks to try and deliver, then get a message saying delivery failed, contact customer support they said to ignore and freight wasn't on board that day, scanned on incorrectly whatever. Wait another week no redelivery, get 2 more dates that come and go, no delivery?? Company is in shambles, if you see these as the courier get a refund like I did and PLEASE fantastic furniture drop using these clowns as your courier service in Sydney, cheers.
