I am very grateful and impressed by hunter.. they picked up my order on time from NSW.. on a Monday morning.. by lunchtime Wednesday the items were delivered to my front door in perfect condition. They not only provided prompt tracking.. they also sent multiple notifications informing me that it’s on the way.. and get this… that it’s nearly there! .. how good is that! To top it off.. they did all this for LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE ! that TNT and other companies were asking. Love your work Hunter.. you deserve all 5 stars.. I will always keep you front of mind and confidently recommend you to anyone.👍

Negative 3 stars. need to take the word “Express” out of the business name. Preferred a bed online and this is the courier that was a month ago it’s in Adelaide for over 18 days now at your depot. Ring to check when as it said it was to be delivered 2 weeks ago. The lady said “ not our issue” when I rang the office number but that’s legit your job description.. feel scammed as I still don’t have my bed. Will not recommend

No sure if I can give zero stars. Had a flatpack staircase from EzSpace delivered by this company from NSW to Adelaide in three packages; two flat packed boxes and one metal handrail. All three were delivered damaged, even the handrail which was wrapped in foam was bent. The flatpacked panels were damaged in the corners. My partner saw the crew handling the packages rather roughly during delivery to our home so she kept any eye on things thinking that they would behave better. Unfortunately, the damage was probably done even before. Such a disappointment when they seemed to have a good tracking system on their website.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS Horrible to deal with. They aren't a courier or delivery business. Cant tell me where the package is despite it being well passed the estimated delivery date. They say they have given it to another courier to deliver, but upon checking they know nothing about it. Customer Service has hung up on me twice. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS Update - now a month past the supposed deliver date. Multiple calls and emails have got nowhere. When I suggested that they have lost the package they denied it despite not knowing where it is or who has it. Hunter Express now claim they have delivered the package and have advised the sender of this making US look like liars to close out the lost package issue. What an absolute pathetic company.

Ordered on the 13th, bed and mattress from Vic. Arrived SA 18th. Can't fault the time it took, they delivered on a Saturday all in one piece. Only issue one driver to handle huge heavy packages with no tailgate. Not the drivers fault the company seem to be getting away with no WHS considerations. Poor bloke, luckily my son and I carried them from the van for him. Well done SA crew on the ground. Management should look after you better

I am extremely happy with the delivery service I received with Hunter Express, my items were delivered to me today by the lovely Sue 4 days early. The first delivery was this morning at which point I mentioned that there was another one to come that must have arrived to late to meet the morning drop time frame. To my surprise I received a call from Sue stating that my item was in the depot and she would be delivering this to me this afternoon, which arrived within 2 hrs. I have never had a courier service do this in the past, they would make me wait another day or more. Thank you Sue for your kindness. Based on the excellent service I received, I would highly recommend Hunter Express Green Fields SA.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Took over 45 minutes to even get someone to answer the phone. Tracking details are telling me EXACTLY where my package is. The lady on the phone is trying to tell me it's not even been picked up ! I'm looking at the location and the times it's been picked up and tried to politely explain that to her and she got extremely rude with me and told me TOO BAD it hasn't been picked up. I said to her I could see the the times and the location of the package and "that's really bad". SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Absolutely disgusting !

Useless! My parcel has now been at their depot for 12 days (10 business days). Their website says the expected delivery was last week (3-5 business days). I sent them an email days ago with no response. Have tried calling them and can’t even speak to someone over the phone, the automated voice just tells you to contact the company you purchased the item from. Why would I do that when it has been with you guys for 11 days? Worst experience I have ever had with a courier service, would never buy from a company that uses them again.

Judging by the reviews I am not the only one to have a poor experience with this company; Firstly they didn't pick up on time and my delivery was left out for 3 days as every day they said it was scheduled. The delivery was over a week late and the ETA you would have a better chance winning the lotto than an accurate delivery date, If you cant even come close to the delivery day just don't say , let alone take the risk of giving me a time of delivery. This company is the bigger version of Sendle, Poor customer service, poorer time frames and just rubbish at there job. Calling out hunter express 1v1 on rust!

I never usually write reviews but thought I should on this occasion given the number of bad ones. After arranging a courier for my road bike (Adelaide-Brisbane) I decided to check the reviews for this service. Suffice to say I was pretty nervous on first read. On the day of pick up I hadn’t heard anything by about 3.30. Given the pick up window was 10-4 I was starting to think things were about to get ugly. I called head office and spoke to someone fairly quickly. She was polite and explained that the drivers do deliveries in the am and once their truck is empty then do the pick ups. Makes sense and I was happy someone was able to give me a logical explanation. She also told me the location of the driver at the time so I knew he wasn’t far off. The driver arrived shortly after and picked up the bike without an issue. Tracking from then was seamless and the bike arrived in perfect condition with the buyer in Brisbane within the 7-9 day window that was quoted. Very happy and would use again.

Retailer says package was picked up and they don't know any more. Zero for customer service. Would not use Hunter Express if I had a choice.
