I will never use DHL again. EVER !!! Ignorant and non helpful customer service reps. Or should I say no service reps. They will refuse to let you speak with a manager and will straight tell you no, there’s nothing I can do that is company policy. Dhl the company as a whole is trash if that’s their policies.
